As many of you know, this past year has been tough for many of us. The pandemic and our strict government measures have made it quite difficult for Ontario's personal care industry (including us beauty salons) to remain open and thrive.
It was very hard to continue what we love to do and that's service YOU, our great and valued clients. I have done everything in my power to keep pushing through this difficult time. Our salon and beauty industry had really come together to both adapt to changing times and battle our regulatory body to try and stay open.
With that said, it comes with a heavy heart to announce the closing of Anthony Passero Salon. This decision was not an easy one to make. The impact of the pandemic and being forced to remain closed for this long time has made it extremely difficult to keep afloat. It has made it impossible to be able to provide you with our great hair care services. Even with measures potentially changing in the coming weeks, the impact of the pandemic has already taken its toll.
I understand that this is extremely sad news to take in, as the team and I are very sad to say goodbye to you. I cannot thank each and every one of you for your generosity, support, encouragement, commitment, connection, and love through an incredible 8 years in business. I have been so lucky to have connected with all of you and cherish each moment we shared.
We have had created so many memories, have helped give back to our incredible community, raised money for great causes, and have enjoyed beauty through creating great hair.
I wish you all the best and look forward to connecting with you in different ways soon.
